If you have opted to take Food Science & Nutrition in Year 12, this induction lesson will give you a great understanding of the course. We will discuss an outline of the course, how you are assessed and have a go at an old exam task.

Have a look at Stephan's diet, (with a different coloured highlighter for each), highlight the food high in fat, salt and sugar.







Have a go at filling out the reading time prompt sheet for Stefan (it can be found on the Tapton School website)
