Revisit your previous Stefan work:
Use the photographs of the Examiners report and a different coloured pen, to check you have included the following points -
(An examiners report is written after all the exams have been marked. It gives a general picture of how each question was answered. It is a very valuable document to see how successful a year group/cohort was at answering individual questions.)
Question 1:

- Did you determine just the most obvious needs or did you identify all macro and some key micro nutrients? 
- Did you calculate his BMI? 
- Did you use the word ‘unhealthy’ rather than actually saying actual terms like ‘high in saturated fat’? 
- Did you stick with Stefan’s profile or talk about something random? 
- Did you analyse his profile and make valid points? Did you analyse the information thinking about a male who is borderline obese? 
Question 2:

- Did you use the information provided to make clear changes to the case study's life? 
- Did you talk about his exercise? 
- Did you talk about his movement in the day? 
- Did you talk about his sleep? 
- Did you look at his caffeine/alcohol intake? 
- Did you look at changes to meal times? 
- Did you look at limiting processed foods? 
- Did you look at food choices in line with government recommendations? 
Question 3:

- Did you Read the question? In this instance only 1 day of meal planning was required 
- Did you present it in a table? 
- Did you make sure the modified menu meets the requirements of the case study? 
- Did you make it clear you understand the role of each commodities nutrition e.g. wholemeal bread for soluble and insoluble fibre? 
- Did you make sure you used named food examples e.g. skimmed milk, wholemeal bread, fresh tuna? 
Question 4:

- Was your answerer well structured? 
- Did you show a clear understanding of source & function of nutrients with named food examples? 
- Did you reference the changes made in their dietary plan? 
- Did you make generic statements? Everything you write must be relevant to the case study. 
- You can combine Q3 & 4 in a table but may miss the top marks.
